Mamas move mountains for their families day and night. Being a mom is the most rewarding job we’ll ever have - and also the hardest. Mamas Move Mountains is about lifting each other up by connecting and giving.
Mama, please join our heartfelt Facebook community and expect to receive words of encouragement, shoulders to cry on, support to strengthen you - and maybe even a sweet surprise from another mama, be it a gift card for a much-needed cup of coffee, a handwritten note, or another bit of happy mail that helps sustain you when you’ve been moving those mountains day and night.
Mama, please look for opportunities to give what you can, when you can, if you can. Give a listening ear. Give a word of encouragement. Give a little happy mail to a mama moving mountains beside you. There’s such joy in giving.

My family and I live in beautiful Colorado, full of big mountain views and the most gorgeous colors in the sky. I'm 36, wife of 8 years to Ian, and mama of the 2 1/2 best (and hardest) years of my life to our little boy Grayson.
